Credit & Replacement Policy

 

 

To qualify for credit or replacement of your GammaTech Notebook System, the product must be determined by GammaTech Customer Service Dept. as defective and meet the following criteria:

 

Complete System Credit/Replacement

 

Credit/Replacement/Repair:1-20 days from the original GammaTech invoice date
Replacement/Repair:21-40 days from the original GammaTech invoice date
Repair:41 days plus from the original GammaTech invoice date     

 

Warranty Part(s) Replacement

 

For sending part(s) for replacement, please contact us with following information:

 

-         Model # of the system

-         Serial # of the system (for warranty verification)

-         Part(s) description

 

 

* An authorized RMA# must be issued by GammaTech Customer Service Dept. for any type of return.

* This option is available for user-replaceable part(s) only. (Vary by model)

* All batteries are covered by a 1 year warranty.

* Extended warranty policy does not cover batteries and A/C adapters.
