To obtain an RMA number, please do one of following:
(1) Fill out the RMA form above and click [Send] button and it will be emailed to technical_support@gammatechusa.com.
(2) Fill out the RMA Form and fax your request to 510-492-0832.
(3) Call our service department at 510-492-0828 or 800-552-8946, with the following information:

  • The model and serial number of the unit;
  • Detailed problem description;
  • The invoice number and date (This information may be needed to verify warranty status);
    1. Please fax or include original copy of the invoice or proof of purchase with the shipment. This information may be required to process RMA request.
    2. The RMA is valid only for the items originally listed on the request form and is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Items shipped without a proper RMA # will be returned without being repaired.
    3. Please print the RMA# legibly on the outside of the shipping carton.
    4. For notebook computers, please include the CPU, hard drive and RAM so that we can complete our testing quickly and thoroughly.
    5. Out of Warranty Repair items will be charged a $95.00 diagnostic fee. If the customer decides to proceed with repairs, this diagnostic fee will be applied to the final cost of the repair. Customer is responsible for payment of parts, labor and return shipping and handling charges.
    6. GammaTech is not responsible for any data LOST or DAMAGED in the hard drive. We WILL REFORMAT your hard drive as necessary to repair the notebook. It is the user's responsibility to back-up any data (either application or files) from the hard drive before shipping.
    7. Packing and shipping instructions:
    • Use GammaTech original packaging or equivalent to protect goods from physical damage.
    • GammaTech inspects all goods upon arrival. Upon inspection, GammaTech may notify customer of any physical or structural abnormality (scratch or crack) to the products.
    • All returns must have an RMA number clearly referenced on the shipping label.
    • If GammaTech determines that a product arrived in insecure or unreliable packaging, GammaTech will charge $15.00 for standard packaging to return ship.
